Although the arcane arts flourish on Lir, inherent bonuses gets around the need to manage each player’s magic item inventory, and instead allows more thematically appropriate magical items. Inherent Bonuses can be turned on in Character Builder by visiting the Manage Character area and checking the appropriate box.
